CONTEXTCLOUD Part 2: The Technology in the Background
In the first part of the trilogy “CONTEXTCLOUD– Target group-optimized publishing with AI”, we presented our latest software solution – the CONTEXTCLOUD – and the analysis process for identifying target groups and topics. In this part, we would like to shed light on the processes in the background that make the extensive analyses possible in the first place.
AI Learns from Experience
The CONTEXTCLOUD uses a unique artificial intelligence from MORESOPHY, which continuously builds up knowledge from billions of websites. We have been training it for over 20 years so that it now has comprehensive expert knowledge from all areas and niches of the world and can therefore decode the context of texts, i.e. really read between the lines and thus understand texts down to the smallest detail. We operate a machine that constantly reads key excerpts from the World Wide Web and evaluates, classifies, enriches with additional data and links the content in analysis pipelines. The AI continuously builds up a huge semantic knowledge graph in real time, which can identify topics in more than 700 domains and is therefore able to perfectly understand and categorize your content.
MORESOPHY uses next-generation technologies for this: so-called machine learning methods that enable the rapid transfer and application of knowledge. AI enables both a comprehensive, comprehensible overview through abstraction and classification of content – but also a differentiated understanding of language in different contexts and domains. The machine learns from experience, draws knowledge from data and transfers it to other content in order to uncover non-obvious information. With regard to your analyses, for example, this results in an understanding of target groups or topics that are not directly apparent and their interrelationships.

The Focus Is on Contextual Relevance
Anyone who publishes online knows that SEO is the be-all and end-all. However, the technical aspects of SEO are being pushed further and further into the background and the quality of the content is becoming increasingly important. Since the Google Mum update, Google has been using the same technology as MORESOPHY for many years.
In order for your content to be relevant and rank well in search engines, an optimal semantic reference is essential and therefore content that leads further. It is also important to rethink the selection of your content. Audience managers, publishers and editors must move away from the one-sided product-related perspective towards a user-centered holistic view of the entire topic block in order to be able to describe a topic comprehensively in its topicality.
Smart Metadata in Your Publishing Process
The permanent integration of the analyses and use of the findings in your entire publishing process takes place via systems that are linked to each other via APIs. Document enrichment carries out keywording of the content, from which a multi-layered view of your content is gained. CONTEXTCLOUD offers a classification system in six areas as standard. This includes categorization into domains, relevant expressions, target groups, risk categories, entities and perceptions. Behind this is a comprehensive category system for categorization into a selection.

But how can customer interests be addressed more clearly as a result? Why is the intelligent data control center the top control element of all data-driven companies? And why is the approach chosen by moresophy so relevant for SEO?
