We are looking for a full-time
Data Engineer (m/f/d) to work on our customer projects as soon as possible.
You take responsibility for enabling our customers to automate data-supported processes. You will have the necessary technical training (coding) as well as the ability to familiarize yourself with our customers’ business requirements and solve problems intelligently.

Tasks
- Implementation of projects for data analysis and process optimization with AI
- Operational project support
- Development of requirements in cooperation with the customer
- Conception of technical test and solution scenarios
- Carrying out data analyses
- Preparation of decision papers
Profile
- You have successfully completed a degree in computer science, data science, or a comparable professional training program.
- You have at least three years of relevant professional experience in the fields of data analysis, AI, or software development.
- You have extensive experience analyzing and evaluating large datasets using modern AI methods and large language models (LLMs).
- You have experience in designing, building, and validating test and solution scenarios for complex business and technical problems.
- You have very strong Python skills and apply them confidently for data analysis, automation, or the development of AI applications.
- Experience with Kubernetes as well as virtualized or cloud-based infrastructures is a plus.
- You are characterized by a strong customer- and solution-oriented mindset and approach.
- You communicate confidently and professionally in digital work environments and are proficient in using modern office and collaboration technologies.
- You have German language skills at least at the C1 level, as our team and project language is German.
