AI Application for Secure and Explainable Data Usage in Companies
The Answer Lies in
One's Own Data: MORESOPHY
Introduces ContextChat
Munich-based AI specialist moresophy presents ContextChat, a new type of application that enables direct dialog with internal company data. Employees can solve tasks faster or automate processes in a targeted manner – without system disruption and with maximum data sovereignty. The solution is based on the company’s own patent-pending hybrid DAPHY® technology and makes internal knowledge fully accessible and controllable via natural language for the first time.
ContextChat fundamentally changes the way companies access their own data. Instead of spending time working their way through documents, different systems or archives, employees can address their questions directly to the application. They receive precise, contextual answers based on the company’s available knowledge.
The application interface acts as a central communication interface to ContextSuite, moresophy’s data management and analysis platform. It enables cross-system access to structured and unstructured databases and dissolves existing silo structures.
A key feature of ContextChat are specialized AI agents that are geared towards specific tasks. Companies receive these intelligent assistants for defined processes – for example, for the automated evaluation of reports, the creation of expert opinions, the analysis of regulatory requirements or support with routine audits.
Hybrid AI Combines Traceability with Efficiency
ContextChat is based on moresophy’s patent-pending DAPHY® technology, which combines generative and analytical AI in a hybrid model. The analytical component takes over the control of the system – an approach that not only enables precise answers, but also makes their origin and logic fully traceable and verifiable. In contrast to many generative AI solutions available on the market, ContextChat works exclusively with specifically prepared data. This means that so-called “hallucinations” – i.e. invented or incorrect answers – can be avoided.
The technology analyzes company data in context and extracts the content relevant to a specific task. This results in automatically generated inputs (prompts) that enable precise and controlled processing by the AI. This patent-pending process for “data-driven prompting” reduces resource consumption by up to 80 percent compared to conventional cloud LLMs while ensuring full transparency and controllability of all processes.
Versatile Application Options for Various Industries and Areas
ContextChat is aimed at companies that regularly work with complex data, carry out recurring inspection processes or need to systematically evaluate large volumes of information. Possible applications range from the service desk, risk analyses and the automated creation of reports or expert opinions to data-based support for strategic decisions.
ContextChat can be flexibly integrated into existing processes so that the application possibilities are diverse and cross-divisional.
Focus on Data Sovereignty
ContextChat is particularly relevant for German SMEs and highly regulated industries. Many of these companies struggle with heterogeneous IT landscapes and a lack of comprehensive data management strategies. This makes it difficult to access existing knowledge and slows down efficient processes. This is precisely where ContextChat comes in: The application can be operated either locally (“on premise”) in the company’s own data center or in sovereign cloud environments within Germany. The company retains complete control over sensitive data. All information remains in the existing source systems.
The solution meets GDPR requirements and does not require the integration of external providers. This also makes ContextChat suitable for applications in particularly security-critical areas – such as industry, the financial sector or public authorities.
“The answers to almost all everyday questions and business-critical challenges already lie in the company’s own data. The challenge is that they are difficult to access,” explains Prof. Dr. Heiko Beier, founder and CEO of moresophy. “With ContextChat, we have created an AI application that turns precisely this data into an active, readily available resource in everyday working life – without compromising on data security or transparency.”
